How To Request A Repair Quote

To ensure an easy and efficient process for our customers, here are the steps to request a repair quote:

1. Initial Contact

• Online: Email us (contact@kitewing.us) the Repair Request Form.

Tip: If the PDF form is not fillable online, please save it to your device, open it, and you should then be able to use the autofill function.

• By Phone: Call us (+1 (772) 282-4617) to discuss your needs and get initial guidance.

• In Person: Bring your kite or wing directly to our store in Stuart, FL.

2. Provide Details About the Damage

When reaching out to us, please share the following information:

• Kite or Wing Model: Brand, model, and size (e.g. Duotone Evo 12m²).

• Damage Description: What is damaged? (e.g. canopy, bladder, lines, leading edge, etc.). How extensive is the damage? (e.g. “5 inch tear in the canopy fabric”).

3. Upload or Bring Photos

• Online: Email us clear photos of the damage together with our repair request form.

• In Person: Show us the damage when you bring the kite or wing to our store (during business hours).

Tip: Include close-up photos of the damage and one full image of the kite or wing for better context.

4. Provide Additional Information

• Special Requests: Let us know if you have preferences, such as material color, expedited repair, etc.

• Urgency: Specify if you need the repair to be completed quickly. We offer (walk-in) express repair.

5. Quote Preparation

Once we have all necessary details:

• We’ll inspect the damage and prepare a detailed quote.

• You’ll receive the quote within 1–2 business days via email or phone.

6. Approve The Repair

• After receiving the quote, you can approve the repair via email, phone, or in person.

• You’re welcome to discuss any adjustments or ask questions before we begin.

7. Send or Drop Off Your Kite or Wing

• By Mail: Pack your kite or wing securely and ship it to our address. Include a note with your contact details.

• In Person: Visit our store during business hours to drop off your kite or wing.
